eForest Metrics does not store, pass-on to third parties or in any way (other than to contact users for necessary communication) use emails, phone numbers or the user's name without their permission.

FIRS and GroTrak are apps used to capture tree information.

Location may be provided by users within the apps, or the device current location used to aid navigation to plot locations, but neither the routes used during the active session, nor final locations are stored beyond what the user nominates to be captured or stored.

Any user who wishes to cancel the service or uninstall the mobile app may request their data be permanently deleted at any time.

Crew initials are encouraged against the crew name field, however this is at the discretion of the user to provide whatever detail as they wish. If privacy is preferred a crew number may be applied.

GroTrak and FIRS store the device internal hardware id (device serial number) to maintain the association with that device in the event of a software re-installation to restore existing allocations.
